OT I was Chairman of Board of Adjustments for years, and also served on the Planning and Zoning Commission. We weren't allowed to approve ILLEGAL. Yes, we probably did by mistake sometimes and got away with it, it's only when it goes to court that it matters. As long as noone challenges it, it gets shoved under the rug, different story when it ends up in court.

Amazing how everyone is seeing this thing according to which side their on.
