Bush won the election and I don't think that Gore should attempt a coup through the legal system.

Bush should assume the Presidency if he achieves the requisite number of EC votes, in the face of massive democrat vote fraud.

Do you think Bush should assume the presidency on the sole basis of a mistake by a Floridian poll worker, even though he lost the national vote?

No Bush should assume the presidency because he won the electoral votes. He didn't win them illegally. It does not matter that he won through mistakes made by voters. I think Clinton's impeachment should have resulted in him leaving the White House and resigning. He didn't, but I didn't sanction revolt or even carry a sign of protest. I didn't hear of anyone filing a law suit because their Senator (representing them) voted against their wishes.
