rydex Ursa numbers should be at a minimum- above 280 million. And in a market that has been cracking - it really should be at 350+ million in total assets. Dynamic Series is STILL tilted heavily long and this confirms the contrary indicator. Money market levels need to swell back up to 1.6 billion minimum.

I will stay short until capitulation finally rears its ugly head.
