a revote will NEVER happen far too many constitutional vote questions votes will be discarded votes will be counted no new voting will take place no adjustments will take place in light of past historical data biggest consequence might be new ballot for next election and scapegoating a few local ballot officials in WPalm / Jim

I can't imagine a revote without a nationwide revote. Really. You can't have a partial revote, whether a county or a state--probably there are other ballots thrown out for mistakes--in principle it makes no sense! :-) I think Gore should come out and concede now. Two counts, Bush won both.
