This may be one issue where localities need leadership and a kick in the ass from the Feds.

Bookmark this, it may be the only time I EVER post something like that.

Other California counties have started using touchscreen voting, and I have heard that it worked well also.

Hadn't heard of the SF ballot. Sounds good IF secure. One thing that will come outof this is better mechanics of ballot formation, tallying, etc.
