Intel downgraded this morning. Once everything is downgraded, doesn't that mean the the analysts have to start upgrading to keep the shares moving?........we must be close to that point now.

I would think that we are at solid support here and then 38 and 35 then 31ish. Isn't it time to take the first bite with a plan of adding at the next 3 levels
