<OT> JMac, Article I, Sec 3, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution "No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained the age of thirty years, and been nine Years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen." Is the deceased Senator an Inhabitant of the State of Missouri when he was elected. IMO the losing candidate in Missouri has a much stronger case than Gore but chose to take the high ground, Gore has the power to concede Florida.
