apparently not. didn't they have experience with precisely this type of ballot before? were they set up before with minor parties situated the same way? doesn't chicago ballot differ-as holes are to right of candidates those on both the left and right columns?

lol - u can be sure they wud be whinin rite then and there at the scene if they misunderstood the bingo card, this after the fact stuff is pure bs, overblown by some die hard demo's in florida.
