Ted the fact that an injustice is committed in the name of a good cause does not mean that it is no longer an injustice. Tim, There is a clause in a lot of founding documents...."for the good of the people". Not that specific clause needs to be implemented carefully and not with impunity. However without that clause, this country would be about everyone running around, trying to screw each other. If you doubt this, than read this thread for the past few months. Sure no one wants their land downzoned from commercial to agriculture...and I believe fair compensation is in order. However, read that OR initiative....it allows people to ask for the moon and if not granted, the will of the people is thwarted. ted
