Didn't both you and E-Bill call the president "a rapist" with no strings attached? Which way is it? Perhaps you're waffling now because you want sympathy for for D-Dubya-I, the first president in 120 years to be politically gelded before he puts his hand on the Bible. I think the best answer is to tie this up in the courts for four years and let Dick Gephardt run the country until the next election in '04.
