Sandeep, that is why one needs to keep buying good stocks like MSFT and keep dollar cost averaging. MSFT said 1Billion sequential growth, and upped EPS and said feels very good about 2001 and MSFT management is very very conservative. Keep in mind that euro is now steady and so is oil.

? This thing could go on for months...

It is also possible it could go on for minutes. IF the only issue is the confusing ballot, AND both parties had the opportunity to review, AND it is as seems correct, that the ballot is clearly within the law of the State of Florida, then it is possible that any such suit might be branded as "frivolous" and be dismissed VERY quickly.

He's (AG) probably just bluffing, in order make GB (if he wins) appear more weaker, than he already may be once elected into office, due to all the controversy that has been amplified by an elite group of individuals and organizations. Of course, a big climax to a bluff would help to assure and magnify to the public, the 'statesman that he is' decision to accept it outside of the courtroom; setting up for his next political move in the future, wherever & whatever that may be.
