I would only want to see a re-vote of those voters that registered at the voting places and were marked as receiving ballots and turning them in. Also I would only want to see them re-vote on the very narrow issue of the full slate of candidates for President, not the full ballot. If a manual mechanical system was used, then the layout would have to be clear and unambiguous in as large a type as practical. If any voters fail to re-vote for whatever reason, then too bad.
