As I have stated on that matter a number of times.

Both sides would have to show there is a legal precedent for their concern.

RE: the early call in FL before the CST zone polls closed. Since 1980, the networks agreed to not call a state till the polls closed...they "agreed". To my knowledge, there is no law requiring it. If they can find a LEGAL precedent, then the Repubs should pursue the matter.

RE: the complaints about the ballot. If the Gore people can show the ballot is in violation of FL statute or case law precedents, then they too should pursue the matter.

If both concerns are valid, then perhaps a re-vote in Palm Beach County AND western Florida counties could be a reasonable compromise solution.
