The WSJ didn't help by regurgitating year old news. And Dell didn't help, either, by calling an end to the PC era (which some interpret as an end to the tech era generally). And Greenspan hasn't helped by keeping interest rates artificially high, to the detriment of the Euro. Buy low, sell high. Other than that, I don't give investment advice.
