A judge has already told the palm beach county officials that they cannot certify the county vote till a hearing on tuesday. Why can't he hold a hearing today or saturday or sunday or even monday ? MORON!

You should not call a judge a moron, because he allows the parties 3 or 4 days or 2 business days to prepare for a hearing.

Actually, Bush is looking like a rocket scientist on this one, part of his campaign platform is strict construction of the existing laws. This will, in the future, cut both ways, but it IS the better way to run a railroad.

PLUS THE OVERSEAS BALLOTS HAVE NOT BEEN OFFICALLY COUNTED, YET. THEY CAN NOT BE CERTIFIED UNTIL 8 PM, EST, NOVEMBER 17TH

What makes you think they will leave at all? I think Bush will set up camp in one wing of the White House, and Gore in the other. It's happened before, in the Catholic Church, where during the Great Schism there were actually three popes at one time.

It won't get sorted out until they bring in Jesse Ventura to moderate.
