Gates speaks at Comdex on Sunday. HP announces results Monday. We saw lot of confidence from Compaq, Intel (recently) AMD (yesterday) and HP. Let us hope for better market environments.

Duke, why not 10 days ? Why not 1 month ? The world can't stop or crash because some voters need a master's degree in hole punching to be able to vote correctly. This is not such an intricate issue. One shouldn't need more than a couple of days to prepare. It is ok for the judge to haul his butt out on saturday/sunday and listen to what the lawyers have to say. We do that all the time in our professional lives. Haven't you ever worked on a weekend when a product had to be completed by a given deadline ?
