Duke, "due process" is a very vague word, just like monopoly. There is no definition of what that means. In my book, working over a weekend can be easily demanded in a "due process". Why do we have to think in terms of business days only ? Aren't we in 21st century now ? Absentee ballots can be counted when they come in. It is just that one has to wait till 17th in Florida to give a chance for all of them to come in. That's fair because it is in the law and god knows how slow the snailmail is...
