Volt I agree, Gore gained 1400 votes in this recount and I think it's safe to assume another recount would yield the same type of gains for Gore.

No matter how closely the recount is supervised, every single person involved cannot be watched every single minute of the day.

Somehow, someway, Bush votes will mysteriously disappear.
