Well to get back on topic, I closed out all my short put positions so that alone put me almost 70% long. It now appears I was early. We did get a trigger signal to go long last night so we should get a bounce here in the next day or two and the trigger usually means it should be more than just a 1-2 day affair. Of course that assumes a fairly normal market and with this election thing getting more and more ugly, TA may go out the window as one poster here already said.

So far, I have been lucky as my longs are only down minimally as compared to the indexes and most other stocks on my watch list. As a matter of fact, my largest holding SFA has been climbing the last half hour while the indexes have been making new lows. Of course it could be the dead cat bounce before the real selling. <gggg> SUNW has also been having a positive divergence the last few minutes so maybe we are getting close.

I only wish this wasn't Friday as I don't trust Friday bounces much. I still think they try to prop these things up before weekends to minimize J6P panic.

Lets just hope this mess clears up soon so we can get back the normal types of crisis like Foreign bank default, Insurance bankruptcies, inverted yields and mounds of corporate debt. They are much easier to deal with. -ggggggg-

I decided to give it a shot after I posted my last message and told my broker that I was confused on which was the buy and which was the sell button and wanted my shorts back. He never answered me but I did hear this clunk as he dropped the phone and then I heard uncontrollable laughter in the background until I finally got tired of holding and hung up. -gggg-

Good Luck,

Lee
