the law dictates procedures, that is the justice side once heard: "JUSTICE REPRESENTS THE SHADOW OF THE LAW" law is an attempt to state perfection in legal code and statutes justice is an attempt to carry out that law within the bounds of human judgment, human error, and physical practicality are you aware that innocent people sit in jail ??? they failed to prove their case in legal procedures and yes, I am aware that guilty people walk among the free they succeeded in escaping the perfect legal code via human frailties or gifts of circumcision legal process rules, not theoretical law !!! I see what you are saying though let the procedures work now / Jim
