Here is a reference to a listing of Telecordia patents. telcordia.com. I thought a good question was asked to Mr. Dawson about any continuing obligation of Telcordia to assist in the defense of patents and was somewhat disappointed by his response. I understand that Mr. Dawson is most excited about the benefits of combining the patent portfolios of Valence and Telcordia but it was surprising that so little information was avaialable about the revenue stream associated with the existing licenses let by Telcordia. Also I don't know anything about patent law but wonder how many years of protection is assured.
