Thanks, I am glad you liked the report.

Well, it was pretty obvious to me that they would surpass revenue estimates. Wall Street is still behind the curve, but the gap is going to narrow quite a bit. So, this is where it can get interesting.

The key was in the conference call when Siebel talked about the future growth rate. There is no question that he is managing this very, very well. He cut back the growth in services due to a reduction in quality. The company should grow at least in line with the CRM market, but potentially faster due to increases in market share, mind share, and further acquisition of key point providers. So, its still the one to own in the space in my opinion, and CRM is likely to continue to evolve such that the folks who set expectations (e.g. IDC, Dataquest) may even have to revise upward even more.
