now said paralysis is bad for the market. paralysis is different from stalemate. what if gore delays florida certification of election result past 12/18/00. gore has more electors than bush. florida electors votes after 12/18/00 are late and don't count. 1/20/01 comes and there is a constitutional crisis. lt buys drinks for everyone but the banned.
