Hourly chart? LOL! I WAS using daily and 60 minute charts earlier this year since I mostly did momentum plays...then I moved to the hourly, then to 30 minute....now I'm watching the 1 minute chart like a hungry hawk, and when it turns, I move to the 5 minute for confirmation.

Can't wait to move back to longer time frames since staring at a monitor this diligently is making my eyeballs fizzle...plus I'm developing carpel tunnel syndrome since I'm afraid to move my hand away from the mouse for more than a few seconds.

For intraday trades I normally like to use 5 minute charts with 15-minute for confirmation in trend....but these days I take what i can get.

How DO the daytraders manage to keep their heart rates below 155? Big doobies with their coffee? Prozac in their tea?
