All dips have stopped slightly short of that... If 2900 holds we may see a recovery... Otherwise we could revisit the 2600 area, and possibly the May 1999 lows in the 2200 area...

With all the dip buying going on around here, 2200 could take all next year to slowly grind down to.

Market breaking new 52 week low on Comp 3026 looks ugly, I would rather increase my SPZ options 1300 dec if I see the close below this today, market breaking 52 week lows are very tricky.. I would asume that HWP is less of a problem it is the Judge of the Federal court that is going to decide the fate of SPZ breaking this 1350 support, if he issue an injunction to stop the manual count we may see some resolution of the problem by Friday and hence we may see some rally after a bad opening, if he allows this count most probably the Republicans will move for the appeal the market will touch a lot of supports and lot of lows will be made.

I am not much worried about the State Judge case by the Democrats, this has a very high bar to clear, I would think that 'selective manual count' a decision of a partisan election board of Palm Beach County should open door to other recount requests.. For me the resolution of this crisis is important and most probably we would see one by Judges refusing to interfere and in most liklihood asking the State to announce the results after postal ballot count.
