I don't have more details, but Mary Matilin has stated that the 19000 wre discarded ballots and voters were given new ones. The media should do some work here.
Just like (what I consider) this "illegal ballot" issue WRT FLAs law. The media doesn't point to the paragraph about electronic ballots. Fair enough that one might argue that these aren't electronic, but one could argue that they are-- Some Balance? The media shouldn't be all editorial.

I just heard the same thing on the radio, The 19,000 ballots
were discards, and replacements were recast. This will end Gore's bonus hunt end run and will lock the WH for Bush.
