"... he lost the popular vote, he should have lost Florida, (hopefully the courts will overturn this electoral farce"

"Our constitution is not a farce"

You didnt read very well.. I never said your Constitution was the farce.. the Palm Beach butterfly ballot and the resulting confusion that cost 19000 voters their votes and caused a large majority of other voters to mistakenly vote for Buchanan (which Buchanan has now twice said he thinks is what happenned and cost Gore the election)
is the real farce.

"Last count shows Bush has the popular vote in Florida."

..which doesnt take into account the aforementioned farce of lost votes or the absentee ballots.

If Bush manages to wiggle in the back door and get elected, he will be nothing but a Lame-duck president who will be a one term wonder swept away in 2004. That being said and as enjoyable as that would be to watch, I dont think he should be given the opportunity to screw your nation up or the rest of the world when he doesnt deserve to. He lost the election as far as I am concerned.
