Sorry, I was actually moving the discussion towards the national vote, concerning the absentee ballots.

All absentee votes received by November 17 (10 days post-election and postmarked no later than 11/7) will be included in the ballot.

I heard only thousands absentee votes remaining to be counted -- some had been received and already included in the current numbers.

The absentee votes largely comprise US military personnel and some Florida residents currently living in Israel.

The CBOE Volatility index (VIX) spiked up again to the north of 33 again, close to the mid-October level.

A lot of nerves were shot, apparently, but I don't really understand this level of anxiety - the big boyz can take cue (and get some assurance) from the dollar which has shown amazing strength and stability throughout the crisis.
