I live in Palm beach County and the ballot was a bit confusing. But a new election here would not be fair methinks. Nobody would vote for Nader or Buchanan. Perhaps we need a new national election with just Bush and Gore on the ballot.

On the overall market we still have not dropped enough for a sustainable rally even if the election uncertainties are resolved.

The gold action remains incredibly bad. Cannot rally on any kind of news. The stocks continue acting much worse than bullion. No sign that a bottom is here or even close.

Rarebird, the election is over except for the screaming. Will you accept the courts decision regardless of the outcome? I strongly believe the courts will not interfere we shall see. mike
