I think the PPT consists of about 250,000 individuals who are full of deep regrets at missing the bull market and who are ready to buy what they perceive to be "bargains" at each downward stage of a bear market.

Big Bull:

With all this talk about the PPT you may be interested in this fact.

According to an analysis of the 1920s experience I recently read -- a key factor behind the 1920s bull market was a widespread belief by the public that the market was being manipulated higher by powerful interests and that "they" would never let the market collapse.

Sound familiar!

The gap opening on Oct. 29 - 1999 left a gap from 2875 to 2920. I am not a big believer in gaps - and a lot of them never get filled. BUT - at 2820, I am a reckless buyer - irrationally exuberant. Just one whisper of sanity from the Gore camp - and this thing should SPRING - for a fast, high risk trade.

RUN JESSE RUN!
