To Thread,

Does anyone really think that 19,000+ people voted for two presidential candidates in Palm Beach County? The best thing about our democracy is that we correct our mistakes. Obviously, something went really wrong in the Palm Beach County vote.

My solution is this. Palm Beach already has a registry of the people who voted. They can mandate a re-vote for only those people that actually voted, therefore, it would not be a open election. This limited election would provide a clearer representation of the "will of the people" in Palm Beach county that took the time to practice their constituional rights.

I think thats what a judge will impose. Good judges do not pick sides but make decisions that are supposed to be fair for all parties.

Obviously, if a "limited" re-vote takes place Bush will lose Florida but that is probably the "right" thing to do.

JMO and please no personal attacks, Bob.

Jack- Ending the recount isn't going to help Dell sell one additional computer or Intel another microprocessor.

Have a great weekend. The music is playing and the children are laughing.

Gore voters should take notice.
