Facts are clear: MCOM flying of a cliff, leaving no skid marks. In two years they will, by the most ambitious Wall Street estimates, have 700,000 subscribers (and this is a huge nut as RIMM adds only tens of thousands of subcribers each quarter and it is judged to be wildly sucessful) and yet MCOM needs 1.4 M subscribers to break even. Thus MCOM runs out of cash in the first Q of '01. And they won't even be close to break even. The debt defaults, the coverts collapse and... Your equity gets washed out COMPLETELY!
