OT-how you pick on conservatives

the dems, of which i am one, were extremely partisan in supporting, lying for, attacking and destroying innocents for, dragging the country thru the mess u describe, making ridiculous arguments, taking insupportable positions to defend the indefensible. they should have admitted clintons lies, actions and said he should nevertheless be permitted to finish his term. instead they denied his actions lies, he kept on lying . starr showed he lied and was alone with monica and had sex with her. paula jones and monica were employees. the actions were of clinton , himself. this isn't the common case where a corporation and its shareholders are hit with a big penalty for actions , or alleged actions, of one other than a high office holder.

"Florida election officials today defended the ballot, saying it met the requirements of state law.

'The Department of State has reviewed the Palm Beach County ballot and has found the order of the ballot complies with the law, and the design and the layout of the ballot does conform to the laws of the state of Florida,' said Clay Roberts, the director of the state division of elections."

This is an extension of the Clinton trial

I don't think so, but the can of worms may have been opened somehow by the Democrat and media in their successful effort to disgrace Nixon. <g>

the ones who opened this box with their selfish and failed attempt to nail Clinton at any cost while ignoring the impact to this country.

Did you feel this way about what Nixon did? He lied and got caught. Clinton did the same except Clinton lied under oath to a grand jury and got caught while Nixon only lied directly to the public in false public statements. It appears that Gore do this quite well as does Clinton and Hillory.

Why aren't you card-carrying members of The Party now arguing to protect The Rule of Law and the need to look at all the evidence before rushing to judgment? Why aren't you fighting for the rights of all people to have their true voice heard? Any of this sound familiar?

What I feel about what is going on in Palm Beach County and three other heavily Democrat voting counties in Florida has nothing to do with my how I vote but I will tell you anyway.

I believe in Libertarian ideas more than the others but none of the parties are a perfect solution for me.

Between Dems and GOPS
I favor Dem ideas about abortion, the environment and anti religious right.
I favor GOP ideas in less government control, reduced spending on social welfare programs, reduced taxes.

IMO, Nader was correct when he said that it didn't make much difference which one of those two we get. They both tried to get in the center and I believe that is fairly close to their actual position. I voted for Bush.

Give me a "H", Give me a "Y". Give me a "P", Give me an "O", Give me a "C"...what's that spell?

??? You have me by the balls on that one, was KB correct? <g>

If votes were not read by the machine or rejected for other reasons in heavy Dem counties, a majority of the votes allowed will go for Gore. Not only that but many of the Dem voters are mentally challenged, it would be expected that many of them would not be able to read, follow instructions and vote properly. These people probably shouldn't be allowed to vote anyway. <bg>

Relax, you will wake up one day to find that Gore won the election. As I said before, the demos will find a way to steal the election. Notice that on the first machine vote, GW was up by about 1700 votes. The votes were counted again by the same machines and now the vote difference is about 300 votes. Why the difference, Dems stuffing the boxes with extra ballets? punching extra holes in Bush ballets? One more count ought to make the difference.

Why aren't you fighting for the rights of all people to have their true voice heard?

Those people voted once just as all the rest of us did. Their vote has already been counted twice which is once more than the rest of us. Recounting the ballets time after time in only democrat counties is what is wrong. If they must do a manual recount, they need to do it in the whole state to provide balance (and have plenty of security because it is easy to screw it up.)
