<Existing laws block ordering new vote>

Unless the court rules that the configuration of the ballot was illegal. And that is the issue for the Courts to decide.

Courts have more than just interpretative powers; they have creative powers which can overturn existing laws that are reevaluated as unconstitutional.

Hillary Clinton won the open Senate seat here in NY by a landslide in spite of her Republican Senate opponent, Rick Lazio, calling her a "terrorist." This woman is a Freedom Fighter who worked very hard raising money for the Guerillas in Nicaragua and El Salvador on behalf of their successful attempts to overthrow the Military Dictatorships in their respective countries. Hillary is to be commended for these efforts and the people of NY have spoken. Moreover, Hillary represents a great role model for young girls to become high powered independent creative thinkers who should take their education seriously and become entrepreneurs and business leaders in the 21st Century rather than merely serving their husbands as housewives.
