I've mailed postcards from London and Paris. It took a week to 10 days.

It depends. Usually, it takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days from India. From Europe, I would estimate a little less as postal departments are more organized and sophisticated. Now, if votes are coming from interior parts of country to Palm Beach, then it could take upto full 10 days.
