Joel, There will be good things that come out of this election and one of them will be tighter election controls. I hope we see some standardization of the ballots as well. Having ballots that don't follow the same guidelines is a bit like having students take a different SAT exam depending upon the county in which they are located. Couldn't one group of students claim that their test was more difficult than another group of students who took a different version of the test? I agree with you that it is stupid to not have guidelines. As for whether the ballot is legal or illegal, we'll have to let the Florida courts decide. I suggest that they need to apply the same rule of law to all ballots in the state if they find this one to be illegal. INTCfan
