Dade city and south Florida are worlds apart.
Your evaluation of Dade CIty is fairly accurate, sleepy, in the middle of no where but in recent years...it has gained a lot of population. Mainly Midwestern retirees.

Look at a map and see where I-75 connects and where I-95 connects...you will get the idea...

IBEXX, I didn't know you were a BILLY JOEL fan:

Now we're gonna get the whole story
Now we're gonna be in prime time
Everybody's all excited about it

Who remembers when it all began
- out here in No Man's Land

My favorite Billy Joel song is River Of Dreams.....and I may jump in if this market doesn't turn around<VBG>

Ibexx,

Great, another tolerant voice heard from. I'm sincerely please that you are so sophisticated that you are qualified to judge the folks from Dade City. Well I guess the poor folks from rural Florida just shouldn't be allowed to vote.

John
