Monthly reports on U.S. intervention activities and a monthly financial statement of the ESF are provided to Congress on a confidential basis. This is not usually public information. The New York Federal Reserve Bank makes a publicly available quarterly report to Congress. It is prepared by the manager of foreign operations.< G.
