JNI Corp (JNIC) 70 -38 9/16: -- Update -- CEO retirement news was also old -- was originally announced with the last earnings report on October 16. ****** JNI Corp (JNIC) 70 -38 9/16: -- Update -- Issue halted; 10-Q also mentions that CEO Terry Flanagan would like to retire and that company has engaged in the process of finding a replacement. *******JNI Corp (JNIC) 70 -38 9/16 : -- Update -- With respect to the phasing out of SBus interface by Sun Micro (SUNW), there is a minor difference in the wording of this 10-Q vs the last. This time JNIC says it believes Sun "has begun" to phase out the SBus interface vs last qtr 10-Q stating that Sun has "announced its intention" to phase out the SBus interface (which is the phrasing that JNIC has used since its IPO filing). Could be that investors are coming away from statement with the idea that JNIC has started to feel the impact of the Sun phase out. But, more than likely, selling triggered by the presentation of the CEO and Sun issues by a major financial news wire as "new" news.
