They are trying to block, what is a fair legal process. They are using much revered constitution as proverbial fig leaf to say that it will create a constitutional crisis and are blocking this process.

<I see increasing frustration and despair among the Bush supporters here. It is clear that they are deeply concerned that win all the votes are counted, Gore will have won the day. Why they refer to attempts to accurately count the votes as "fraud" is a mystery. > donjuan - I see frustration and despair from both sides. And when the vote count is completed, and after Gore has had his day in court, and after his case is thrown out, and after the Electoral College votes, we will know the next President of the United States.
