(I've been looking for info regarding whether or not the Electoral College would meet and vote if the FL vote count was still in question. Sounds like the answer you have is a yes.)


Personal communication stating that the 270 number is not magic, but merely the number that would be a majority if all states were included.

Since the Electors meet in their respective states, and not as a group, I wouldn't expect one state's problems to block the other states.
