Re: Bush "will be able to get things done" because of GOP House and Senate. Dream on. All you need is 41 votes in the Senate to stop anything dead in its tracks. It's gonna be Filibuster City in the upper chamber, with the king of the filibuster, Edward Kennedy, leading the way. Also looming above the Republicans is McCain's threat to block everything until McCain-Feingold is passed. If you're thinking that DWI is gonna have a cakewalk in Congress like LBJ had in '65 ... you're nuts.
