Challenges of a similar nature have already occurred and been overturned by Florida and Federal Courts. There will be no new vote. Also, Kathy Harris, is now stating Florida ballot in Palm Beach is totally legal under FL law. Gore running out of options. He'll go down as the sorest looser of all time.
