Someone posted that on Steve's Channeling Thread, but I'm watching CNN and no one's said anything. It may be just a "chat-board" rumor.

That's what I was trying to find out yesterday in several of my posts her and on Yahoo. If this is true then that means there were another 19,000 votes that we admitted to the flow of votes and accounted for. The 19,000 that were done in error and turned in are a wash.
