Looking at my favorite short-term indicator -- the McClellan oscillator -- the NAZ is now modestly oversold and the NYSE is neutral. But given the extremely overbought readings at the recent top we still have more downside in both, although we could of course bounce first. My dowmside target on the NAZ is 2800-2900 and the Dow around 10,200-10,300.

We should rally strongly from those levels which could be reached early next week.
