Actually it was an OUI and treated the same as a speeding ticket at the time. It was blown way out of proportion. He was never arrested, just ticketed. >

Thanks for the clarification. It's not like he lied under oath in either way

DUI = DWI. Depends what state you're in. Same thing. Didn't the Gelding Prez to Be actually spend about an hour and a half in the hoosegow? Can't remember whether or not he was cuffed.
