FL Secretary of State says WPB ballot conforms with Florida state law. The law states, "...voting squares may be placed in front of or back of the names..." No requirement that squares be to the right of the names. Clay Roberts, Director of Division of Elections, and Deborah Kearney, General Counsel for the Department of State, have said the design and layout of the ballot is o.k.

CNN website has story.
