It does?

You can't hand count just one heavily democratic county where Gore is a favorite. It's painfully obvious to me based on statistics alone that more votes would swing Gore's way.

If we're gonna recount the recount...then it needs to be done on a state level. How many Republican votes were not counted in other counties across the state. Focusing solely on Palm Beach and other democratic strong holds is BS.

It'll only be over for Gore when he's won. Any other result is not "fair".

When will we accept that sometimes life isn't 100% fair? Pandora's box is definately wide open. If we're going to seek "justice" in the Florida vote you can bet every close election in every state will be scrutinized.

Given that close to 20,000 dead people voted in FL in the last election where do we stop this process? Does Gore have an answer to this? You can bet if Gore manages to overturn the results then the Republicans will be just a dilligent to make sure ever single Dem vote is legit, etc, etc, etc.

For the sake of the process and the country Gore should be a man and concede.

Based on reports I've heard, you make a good point, RWS.

<more plausible that the 19,000 rejected ballots were ones turned in for another ballot>
