Correct. CNN reporting now, and on CNN website. Clay Roberts, Director of Division of Elections, and Deborah Kearney, General Counsel for the Department of State, say that the design and layout of the WPB ballot conforms with Florida law. The Statute says that "...voting squares may be placed in front of or back of the names..."

THUS, DALEY'S FUD ABOUT BALLOT VIOLATING THE STATE LAW IN FRONT OF NAMES WAS JUST THAT: FUD.
