Barry,

I also have my doubts that Gore cares more about the country than he does about winning.

Bush is the guy obsessed with winning. Gore is trying to make sure that the election was fair. As soon as that is established, he will back off.

It would be irresponsible for him to back down before the questions are answered.

Barry, Gore can't run in 4 years because Hillary will be the Democratic nomination for president.

One of the technicalities Gore is looking at is how to get the entire state of Florida negated in the electoral process... no electoral votes for him or Bush. That was he gets the presidential appointment of 260 electoral votes. Of course this won't be done because it would be illegal.
